Our little farm is a labor of love.
Life wouldn’t be the same without our feathered, furry and foliaged friends. Check in with us for availability of fresh vegetables and organically grown herbs, like catnip and mint. What we have to offer will change with the seasons.

We started Fuzzy Face Farm in 2010 as a way of gaining more control over our food. After watching Food, Inc., Wendy became concerned over factory farm methods and decided to raise “dual purpose” chickens – for eggs and meat. After getting to know the birds, Wendy found she was no long able to slaughter them, and we spent nearly 10 years providing eggs to local caterers, stores and families and we became known for taking in “retired” hens on a retirement plan.
Since Wendy’s health complications, we’re taking a break from egg production for customers, we still keep a coop of 10 birds for our own eggs supply and for tick reduction
We’ve still keep American Blue rabbits as well, with standard feed to supplement a wide variety of wild greens, browse and local hay. We’re hoping to breed a new litter in spring to have some younger bunnies on the farm, producing rich, all natural fertilizer for the gardens.
Rose has grown vegetables and herbs for over 30 years, and always has some dried herbs on hand. A listing of currently available vegetables and herbs is on our From the Garden page.
Since becoming partially disabled, Wendy has taken on crafts in a huge way! Check our store for shopping bags, washable / reusable produce bags, seat cushion covers, handcrafted area rugs and more. All crafts are environmentally friendly, created from materials that were otherwise destined from the waste stream! Visit our Craft Wares page for these, plus artwork and related items by both Rose and Wendy – each item hand crafted and unique.
